On the ESOP, the mechanics and assumptions you shared don't accurately represent what our employees have or will receive, and we want to make sure that's clear. Employee ownership is one of the things that makes SEP different, and we want people to understand it well. Our annual ESOP meeting, open forums with the CEO, and quarterly financial updates exist for exactly that reason.
