Friendly place to work, easy money, good shifts.

Doesn't always have a lot of work in your area.

SEP are a great firm to work for. Always looking after their staff. Mike, the CEO is always very friendly and looks out for all his staff members, whenever he's involved with an event he usually spends time to come and greet staff members, and remembers returning staff members. All the managers that work for SEP are also always very polite and it's always a pleasure to turn up to work and see so many happy faces. At events that span a few days there is normally some kind of staff campsite available along with staff parking. Any problems at events are always dealt with professionally and are rectified quickly.

Sometimes the computer system on line doesn't always update, so jobs you've applied for online can show up as "pending" up until the day before the event so you don't always know whether or not it's going to change - generally if it hasn't changed about a week before then your probably not needed, although this year I did have one event that I was working on the Sunday that was only allocated on the Friday night and that I'd applied to about 3 months prior - thankfully I was still available on that Sunday even though I'd totally forgot about applying for it with it being so long ago! Quite often it can be much better to call the office if something is down as pending for a while.
