Many project managers have been with the company for 15+ years and are knowledgeable and easy to work with. It invests in the development of young engineers and gives them a degree of autonomy to accomplish projects and learn. All machinery is custom made here and gives employees a constantly varied work schedule.

A good portion of your salary comes from overtime and bonuses and when the steel industry is not doing well, you can feel it. Being a small company, there is not as much room to move around.
