Thanks for the review. It was nice to read your feedback on our company and I do have a few responses for you. Pay is bi-weekly, but we do pay hourly for all hours worked which is better than most other Transportation companies. Health Insurance cost is less than market average and we do offer discounts on the premium for those who are non-tobacco users as well as participation in our Wellness Program. If you take advantage of these discounts, it can save up to $70 bi-weekly! Training depends on the person and the qualifications they posses when they join our team. It is possible to get fully trained before someone else especially if they already have experience with that type of equipment. I strongly encourage you to talk with your supervisor about your concerns. Again, this is good feedback and concerns we could have resolved before you resigned.
