I was in the customer service position. The job is not very challenging and it routine base. Sticking to it you may work your way to a senior position in about 2 years and then potentially to move around to other department to learn new things. They offer a flexible growth path to your career and there are many opportunities to try new things everyday.

Quiet. Not much of dynamic.

managers constantly changing what they want, no set work routine, always being told "you can do more", time sheets (but theres literally no work to do for 8 hours straight), no one really jokes around (very rigid environment] just not fun in general.
