The organizations have established & strong internal systems and tools for their seasonal employees. They provide on-boarding, laptops, materials and diverse tools for the duration of your contract. Like a seasonal worker I feel super welcome and involved in the decision making for the festival. They allow you to bring ideas and resources to improve the experience, not limited to your job responsibilities and description. They listen to the employees feedback and every year they adapt to improve their experience not only as workers, but also as people.

Resources are limited and dependable for the annual donations. This is a common struggle for non-profits and currently for film festivals.

Great mission and opportunities for growth if you know how to take the initiative. Really leaned in to being a socially conscious art organization.
