      They have a great pension and decent salary, decent remuneration. I had one brilliant manager in one department but upon changing to a different team the management was awful and the business did nothing to improve it.

      Smart, friendly and international team. Positive vibes + people-orientation. The team is growing it is exciting to be part of the first milestones. Shaping / influencing the product, culture and the company's success is possible. Visionary product + topics to work on, i.e. AI, machine learning. Some nice benefits and perks + yearly hackathons and even team retreats.

      Not much so far. All is pretty early stage so some office equipment is still missing. And no office dog yet... ;-)
