Lots of support from the team work

One aspect that could be improved is their policy on overtime compensation. Unfortunately, they do not pay for overtime work, which can be frustrating for employees who put in extra hours to meet deadlines or handle urgent tasks. It would be beneficial for the company to reconsider their approach to overtime pay to ensure fair compensation for all employees.

nice people. employees have autonomy. partners are nice.

high stress. lack of appreciation and praise. every hour is resourced. overtime pay is discouraged. The partners care about their employees. they are very likable people. but there is a lack of communication and understanding between them and the employees at all levels.
