Svantaggi

The company struggles with poor internal communication, weak corporate culture. Executive management does not know the business, all they look at is profit and loss. Too many family members working at the company and in management positions.

Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

- Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
