      Great management, team atmosphere, working alone for the most part, travel opportunities across the states, mileage reimbursement, weekly updates of guidelines

      Svantaggi

      No growth unless in the state of the headquarters, title change more responsibilities same pay, communication at times, kind of threw out there to know this do that can be overwhelming at times, not aware of company standing lost contracts rare updates or endless promises of change but no progress, little to none incentives/bonuses

I am sorry you felt you could only grow if you where in NJ and felt overwhelmed at times. As an open culture company you can share your concerns with management. Keep up the great work.       - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Svantaggi

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
