Dock Operator - Recensione dipendente - Dock Operator presso SGS

Management is horrible. They don't work with new employees. Double standards. Short hrs the first 3 checks. Do a lot of extra work with no pay. No safety bonuses like they say they'll give you. What they tell you in the interview is completely different when you start to work in the field. Management forgets what they ask of you, and get mad when you do it. Training is horrible. Especially in DEPT 8800 in Corpus Christi, TX. No room for advancement here
