      They offered some mental health days. It was an essential benefit as I was always stressed in this job and welcomed the relief.

      The work is ridiculously brutal and exhausting. Employee burnout is more common than you think. That's why the employee turnover is at an all-time high. The leadership is cruel. They never even try to stop an employee from leaving. It's unethical.

      Absolutely toxic work environment. Do not be fooled by the "cool" clients or people that work there; it's not worth the $0 you'll make. You will feel so much more fulfilled if you go learn an actual skill, make real (diverse) friends, and MAKE MONEY at another company.
