Not as many learning opportunities across divisions , A good portion of learnings are a result of on the fly situations which are hard to prepare for , Some members of senior staff can come across as intimidating making asking for learning opportunities difficult coupled with that most senior staff you'd ask for these learning opportunities with are always swamped with projects and meetings during the work day so it is easy to feel like a bother to them or they just don't have time
