All the right things are said however they are never acted upon. There are lots of great benefits in place on paper however they do not come into fruition. There is a lot of talk and not a lot of action from this company when it comes to its people. Selling the dream would be a good way of describing it or over promising and under delivering. As mentioned they tend to hire on cultural fits however this has led to under qualified people being in the senior leadership team and within management positions. They tend to promote too early because they want to keep everyone happy rather than because it is deserved or fitting to that employee. Management do not care for their people like they make out and the culture is extremely poor. Management are either oblivious to issues within the company, incompetent on how to deal with them or just genuinely don’t care about anything else than taking home their ridiculous salaries at the end of each fortnight as a lot of serious issues including workplace harassment and bullying gets swept under the rug.
