Many peers and several frontline managers are genuinely talented, hardworking, and collaborative. Teammates often support one another and help navigate an otherwise disorganized environment. HR representatives based ONLY in the LA office are responsive and appear to genuinely want to help employees. Toronto based HR won't help or do anything.
