Colleagues were supportive and genuinely tried to make the best of the situation.

- Management tends to create a top-down environment where questioning decisions is not tolerated. - You’re expected to say “yes” to everything. - KPI targets are unrealistic and demoralizing. No matter how hard you work, they are nearly impossible to hit, which creates a constant feeling of failure.

Okay place to work. People are very active, very friendly. Almost everyone is okay. Great team, kindness or at least proffesional respect

Except one of the heads is tough to work with. Doesnt attend meetings then demands at the last minute, wasting the team's efforts. Always right, cannot question, does n't accepts criticism nor admits mistake. Big changes without consulting or informing until its too late, everyone will just have to adjust. If you apply, ask who youll be working with
