- KPI keeps changing, and you need to be in "over expectation" in order to have an increase of 3% (per annum) - Training initiatives become a burden to dev team, while it should be an HR thing. - Some projects are not well thought off. Features are coming from devs instead of project manager. - Lack of project managers. CTO became only the source of "high-perspective" projects

Okay place to work. People are very active, very friendly. Almost everyone is okay. Great team, kindness or at least proffesional respect

Except one of the heads is tough to work with. Doesnt attend meetings then demands at the last minute, wasting the team's efforts. Always right, cannot question, does n't accepts criticism nor admits mistake. Big changes without consulting or informing until its too late, everyone will just have to adjust.
