Vantaggi
Could work from home a few days a week Met some great people
Svantaggi
All work related business had to be dealt with through a personal phone when working from home. Managers need more training in how to manage. A couple of times I was asked inappropriate questions about my health and my manager even demanded my password and login for access to some of my medical info, I can only assume they didn't believe what I was saying or what I had already provided in terms of evidence. Also felt micromanaged a lot. Bullying from one manager in particular was turned a blind eye to even though 3 separate employees reported it on different occasions. One of the cons of working from home 3 days a week and the "flexible" working hours is that it completely depended on your manager as to how flexible that could actually be. Managers often got priority and rules were bent for them a lot regarding holiday. Way too many spreadsheets used across the board. Not a lot of progression, I think the company is more interested in ticking boxes than actually acting upon anything.
