Managers/VPs are out of touch with what's happening at Planners'/Executive level. Managers/Assistant Managers usually shout and raise voices at their colleagues due to stress. Management only adds a lot of CI work to the already overflowing operations workload. They do not take the time to understand the issues and processes that actually work. Advice given many times but fell on deaf ears all the time. If you're going to CSD dept., do not go there. Average lifespan of a worker there is 1< year.
