Good workgroup force. I love the time passed there because of the people. The company doesn't pay to much but you are not a number.

Pay below the market salaries because is the only company in the south of Madrid, so they have so many request to work there since yo are saving the transport costs of you live in the south. They take advantage of this paying a little less than companies in the north.

You have several security technologies through you can improve your knowledge. Good teamwork, all your doubts can be answered by other people with more experience. Time flexibility (depend on the manager).

No training. Few trainings that offers to you there is no compensation. Bad work-life balance. Sometimes too much workload in comparison with the salary.
