Solid benefits, very inclusive and welcoming company atmosphere. Pay is very comparable and/or above average to similar positions. Definitely a company worth retiring at, if you are content in your position.

Svantaggi

Absolutely no training program or desire to provide any training. No room to grow or move up, and an extreme lack of consistency in leadership.

Good benefits and the non-executives are good people. You’ll learn a lot in a couple of years so you won’t be bored.

Non-agile company. Internal processes keep changing/adding up making it the most non-efficient company I’ve worked for. Marching orders coming from Germany and they keep removing support engineers as they want more sales people.
