No job security, branch closures, utterly ruthless in cutting costs regardless of effect on the staff Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, means more than the profit number at the end of the year. Everything else is considered as collateral damage The expertise that’s left the business in the last 18 months leaves the business in a very precarious position
