Pros are - Down to earth leadership team connects with all levels of employees. - Collaborative team that pulls itself together during challenging times. - The company is recently right-sized to its cost structure to become more agile and nimble. - The product and technology are getting better and a lot of foundational work is already done. - The company is focusing on a new market that is untapped and has the potential for robust growth.

- Need a balance of process vs flexibility.
