Alright - Recensione dipendente - Physician Assistant, PA-C presso SIPMD

I love this group of people. I've been with the company for more than 5 yrs. I love the way the management, admin and CEO treat their employee, how they take care. The respect that the management and CEO show to their employee is #1 reason why i stay to this company for this long years. There are a lot of things i learned and i can say i grow and develop my self confidence. They listen to employees suggestions, comments and they treat us as a family.

There are some misunderstanding but it resolve right away.

The patients are wonderful, as long as they are not drug seeking.

They pay very poorly with very little to no support for all of the responsibility that providers take on for caring for patients. Does not matter how much experience you have prior to starting with the company they start everyone at a low percentage of reimbursement. Additionally, the company never shares with the providers what the reimbursements are, and what you could do to increase your re-imbursements. Additionally, there is no respect for personal time. They expect you to work 24 hrs day. The health insurance is expensive and not very good for what you get. And, then the schedulers are in another country, so they do not understand, that what looks like it would be close on a map, may not be in real life - due to time of day driving (i.e. - rush hours, schools getting out, whether, etc!)
