Bad management - Recensione dipendente - Digital Planner presso SIRCLO

got laid off because company cant pay, why they hired me at the first place when they don't have money to pay later? the management and leader don't have any empathy and sympathy, they don't know how to manage people, they change people role as what they want not as what we want to pursue. They did me dirty after announcing layoff, kicked me out and excluding me out of all the meetings and tasks without any closure though they explained the layoffs is not because my performance.
