      Pay starts of well but that's it. Poor bonus/ profit sharing. Fixed timeline for promotions contrary to what they say.

The people are really at the core of SKIM, so it is great to hear that you also seem to have experienced this (both when it comes to personal development, as well as to complimentary snacks ;-)).       Lots of overhead from those above you, work can be very busy at times and then not busy at all.
