-When you are hired as a trainee they make you a slave -You work days and nights, without a break to sleep or eat if you're in an operation. This goes on for days. -On the field, there are no appropriate bathrooms for women -There is constant sexual harassment and general harrassment from management, colleagues and third party. -The food on the field is disgusting. -The psychological and emotional pressure is insane. -The physical exhaustion is unbeloevable, they expect you to work in the sun, rain, high temperatures, low temperatures, there is no stopping. -They do not pay for any overtime you work in the field, by calling it "voluntary training" Schlumberger does a lot of illegal things in Brazil. They are greedy ans heartless. It is a great company, grear for an entry job and it will look good on your resume. Get in there if you can then find something better less inhumane.
