Dual career maybe a problem when you have to swallow an incompetent manager because of his/her partner; 5. Support employees are underestimated, even if they are clearly 10 times better than operations guys; 6. Operations do not plan, do not understand that bureaucracy is a way of life in Latin America. Not planning, only increases pressure and enhances the likelihood of mistakes; 7. Bad payer in comparison to some competitors; 8. All the good job done in years may vanish if your manager do get along with you. SLP3 (annual appraisal) is torn and your work history is erased. You may become the worst employee ever, even if 19 out of 20 previous managers had you were above expectations.
