I have witnessed scenario where one was not hired because he was better than the current TL and he considered him as a threat and REJECTED the profile. :) 4. One can be fired at any moment and you will be made to think that he/she was non-performing fellow unless the same happens to you. saw at least 50 firing although HR's tried their best to cover all but yes if you have good network you get the news at right time :) 5.HR and seniors follows no ethics.
