Be prepared to be given more than you can effectively handle if you prove you can do a good job. Since the recent layoffs, positions that have been open for months are not being filled and all of us are hurting. Now we are being told to reduce our available vacation hours. I need to know how you do that and still provide the level of service expected from you?
