HR people's are not supportive, they are just puppet 6. AT ALL NO JOB GUARANTEE (Lay-off is very normal thing for them) 7. Since 2014 going through bad phase, no pay hikes or max. 5% hikes. [Revenues declined from 48bn (2014) to 27bn (2018)] 8. Technologically very old. 9. No Embedded software career in Pune of people. They are struggling to get projects. Suggestion not to join as embedded software in Pune. 10. Stake holders treat Indian people very disrespectfully. 11. They never listen to you even you are right in Technical things also.
