The work environment and the people there are great. Be sure that you will work with great people. They get you home and take you back when the work is over and offer a good place to work.

They are used to be the top company in Oil an Gas (people really struggle to get here to work with oil n gas) but they are not as good as they think when it comes to the perspective of a software engineer. The company structure is good for their main business but it doesn't work as well when it comes to working with software.
