Bonus or 'PIP' only after you been with company for several years or have certain 'grade' -Long hours, stress, people quitting and you taking on their responsibility. -Retention all time low and gets worse in this organization because people are fed-up not because of Schlumberger (great brand), but their manager or management. -Houston is the worst office to work at based on experience - people just seems to have their fingers stuck up in their nose.
