Over the top communication throughout the entire company. No waiting days/weeks for a simple response. Onboarding process is amazing you have someone with nearly acting as a mentor to watch over you and help you whenever you need. OK work/pay ratio Leadership is WELL known in Switzerland so it's great to be apart of something larger than just an average company.

No company benefits with remote position No automated systematic payout for salaries meaning your pay has to be manually paid out each month but paying isn't an a real problem it's just not automatic. (Not that big of deal but automated payouts are becoming a standard slowly to help employees avoid asking the stomach wrenching/embarrassing question "i haven't been paid yet do you know how long?"

This company seems to trust its employees in a way that most companies haven't yet realized. There's a distributed team that makes sure work gets done in the most efficient way possible. The brand is growing and big things could await!

It's relatively unknown and the perks still need calibration in comparison with the best companies to work for.
