Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you are referring to one of the third-party platforms and not us (such as our partner called Arise or Arise Virtual Solutions). Please know that that Arise is a separate company which we do not own nor have control over. We simply provide additional support services to their agents who use their platform. At SMS Virtual Solutions, we do not hire agents nor do we charge anyone for anything other than our bi-monthly fee in order to receive premier support services for agents who utilize platforms we partner with (such as Arise). While the other company you are referring to (Arise) does require their agents to submit to a background check and drug screen, they do inform individuals about this prior to registering on their platform as they are strictly independent contractors. Additionally, they are very clear about the schooling associated with becoming one of their certified agents. They do not compensate individuals for their certification schooling; however, they do compensate their agents for any live calls taken while in class. We hate to hear that it sounds like you did not have a good experience with the Arise Platform though as we've had a great experience partnering with them over the last 13 years.
