you can ask any question to help you do your job properly they focus on never giving out false or out-dated information your manager and/or team leader will walk you through your first call quality service means just as much as sales quotas if you perform decently but they feel dialing isn't your strong suit, they will try to fit you in somewhere else in the company

Svantaggi

training is a bit bare boned if you give false information, you could be fired the same day pay grade could be better high turnover rates

I did not want to work their any more because when I applied they said on the ad make 500-1200 a week plus commission and another ad say make 14-20 an hour and when I got the job they told us that its a base of 325 a week than when the paper work was being signed they told use that the base only last for 3 weeks and that the amount we will be making if we reach the set goal of 17 transfers a week and once you hit 18 it will be commission of 18 per transaction and that was only to scam and make you say for the job they only paying min wage
