- SMART team! - We get to work on some very interesting projects with some awesome companies. - Work-Life Balance!!!! -If you are interested in doing special projects, you can pick up whatever you have bandwidth for outside of our main projects. - Our clients really love us (and we love them).

- We are a small team and projects can sometimes all be in critical points at the same time which can cause some hectic times, but we are encouraged to take time off after finishing something large. - We are still working on building some of our structure for internal processes to make sure we can all scale and know exactly what to do and when.

Caring, supportive and genuine people that create a very warm culture; amazing work/life balance; ability to create your own path and work from just about wherever you'd like; practically no bureaucracy; strong pay and benefits... I could go on but, in summary, this is a wonderful place to work with amazing people.

I don't consider this a con but some may so I'll put it out there - If you're not comfortable in a pseudo startup environment, this might not be the best fit. The company is constantly growing and evolving (aka changing) which, for some, is uncomfortable but, for others, is an exciting thing to have the ability to influence/be a part of.
