Don't even come in here. During interview is difference job scoop and force you to change to another. No helping hand from the management and just listen to the top management. Pass you a few projects and let you figures out yourself with minimal effort to teach and guide. No work life balance and expect you can handle a 5 man job in one go and keep on asking you to do OT. Late a few mins will just minus your salary and you like to work back to them, there are no way. no bonus and increment during 1 years. CNY no orange or angpao is given, what type of company is this? KPI is so high and unachievable by the management.
