Pass you a few projects and let you figures out yourself with minimal effort to teach and guide. No work life balance and expect you can handle a 5 man job in one go and keep on asking you to do OT. Late a few mins will just minus your salary and you like to work back to them, there are no way. no bonus and increment during 1 years. CNY no orange or angpao is given, what type of company is this? KPI is so high and unachievable by the management.
