Benefits are good, work life balance also good

There are no cons, happy to worked there

I spent quite some time working a the US operation of SNV. It was a great learning experience in a very dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast paced office. I was given good opportunities for professional growth and benefited from the experience of my colleagues, who are a mission-driven and very talented group.

Funding uncertainties for the office were always a challenge, which led to a somewhat stressful work atmosphere. Despite this, I think management did a good job of keeping the staff motivated and optimistic.
