Vantaggi
- Amazing company to work for most of the negative comments that you are reading are from individuals that have been let go due to poor performance, just show up trying to get a free check, or call out all the time and get upset they don't get paid for calling out for no reason. If you show up and do your Job like you hired to do good things will happen for you. - Very competitive with other companies when it comes to Pay. If you do your job and do it well it gets noticed and follows with bonus and pay raises. - Very well put together teams. Feels more like a second family than a team. - Veteran owned and operated. Very military orientated. - 10 Paid holidays and 10 paid vacation days a year to start with. - Benefits due to the fact that I can decline to have benefits and be compensated an extra $150 dollars a month. That's an extra $1,800.00 a year. - Personally as a current employee it comical to read some of the bad reviews that are left on this page. If you are a current employee and have questions or concerns talk to the PM's or go to with the CEO John Lyons he has an open door policy. John will sit down and discuss any issue that might come up and provide solutions. It is a cowardly thing to bash someone online then saying it to them so they can try and fix any issues that you are having. - Your job is what you make it if you want it to be miserable then it will be or if you want it to be great then it will be. But that is on you. -Also, the snacks are a great bonus as well

- Sick leave. Would like to receive sick days. - Benefits. A little higher cost than most companies. ( I know its also a Pro as well) - It is a mostly defense contract work which is not a bad thing but sometimes the contracts are only for a year with an option year. So it can provide uncertainty from year to year to some. But if you are a good employee they will not let you just walk away from the company cause the contract ended they will find other work for you within the company.
