7yWe have made quite a few structural changes in the last year. The company is directly competing against Fortune 500 level businesses. We simply had to get better across the board. We have changed how we approach our work, and are implementing accountability top to bottom. I am fully aware that the folks that had it real easy did not like the changes, negative reactions by these folks were anticipated and expected. So, the usual griping on glass door was inevitable. The company does not expect much more than a person doing a competent job for 8 hours a day. We don't expect people to work nights or weekends. We just need people that want to accomplish work. The changes implemented over the last year have had a positive impact on the quality of our work and the quality of folks working at the company. I truly hope people that do not like the changes to find something that fit them better. As a business, we really have to concentrate on the people that want to move forward with the company.
