- Johannes is a very fair and deliberate CEO, that was really contagious. - The team was young and fun to work and hang out with. - The leadership team was concerned about a good work life balance. - It was a great opportunity to get a deeper insight in the energy market and learn more about its practicalities etc.

- When I worked at solytic the practices, strategies, personnel was constantly changing which can be a bit exhausting (is also just the nature of start-ups ;) ) bit it gives you opportunity to take part in that change!

- Experienced management - Great product vision, business plan and well funded - Experts in their field across the board with highly motivated, hands-on and ambitious teams - There's a lot to do, which means a high level of responsibility and trust

- Steep learning curve (but this also makes it fun and worthwhile)
