Vantaggi
The only good thing about working here is that you can practically get away with murder and there is no risk of consequences. You don't even have to do your job during work hours, so if you're lazy (like most people here are) this is the place for you.
Svantaggi
Dirty. Disorganized. Poor communication. My very first week working here, I witnessed a member of upper management stomping through the office screaming about how much she hated the company. Workloads are extremely uneven- some people will be made to manage thirteen different accounts, while others only have three or four. The company will do ANYTHING to please a client, no matter the amount of workload it creates for the employees, and the uppers frequently choose not to hold clients to the terms of the contracts if they are violated (not charging late fees, etc. that were clearly laid out in contracts). Directors allow employees to run personal businesses during work hours, instead of doing their actual jobs, which ends up leaving other employees to pick up their slack. A member of upper management admitted that the company only promotes employees based on length of service, not genuine qualifications. Certain departments like to gang up and bully other employees, sometimes to the point of tears. Human Resources doesn't follow through on employee complaints or concerns. A member of upper management was caught attempting to steal from the company, and another employee had their paycheck tampered with, and there were no consequences in either situation. Most employees are rude, hostile, and love to openly gossip, which leads to an extremely negative and unproductive work atmosphere. Don't come here expecting to make friends, because you won't. Pay is extremely low compared to industry standard. Health insurance is VERY expensive with a very high deductible. Any other benefits are basically non-existent.
