- SPINEN has an incredible family atmosphere. Every team member has each other's back. We have game nights, go out for drinks after work and we all share each other's wins and successes. - SPINEN does a great job at providing space for growth and employee development. We always strive for hiring within the company and promoting the hard work of existing employees. I started at this job five years ago as a dispatcher. Within the first year I was promoted to Renewals and Procurement, next year to Operations Manager and Project Manager. Within 4 years of being at this company, I am now a COO overseeing all company operations. If I am not the perfect example of the opportunities for growth at this company, I am not sure who is. - SPINEN has incredible group of clients that are willing to invest in their future. I am saying it because I have built a family with this company. A family that has my back, that looks out for each other and cares deeply for everyone's success.
