As Maintance Engineer my role is manage crm machines and work on different machines

To gain good knowledge about VMC & HMC

1. There is a nexus/group in the organisation which is involved in a fraud business. Freshers are hired paying a bribe and provided with a job of "get" in production. 2. There are no induction processes, no training and the trainees are sent straight on the production line from the first day. 3. Workers stand in the line endlessly without a break and arent allowed breaks. 4. The supervisors are rude. They abuse and treat people as cattle's. Their basic job is to see that the slavery continues unhindered day in and day out. 5. There are no leaves and you have to work in straight 2 shifts in a row if required without any consideration for your health in violation of basic norms. 6. There is no compassion among the superiors for any new employees/trainees.
