Only downside would be we a spread between many locations. Would be nice to be under one roof.

Very laid back company. They tell you the job to do and expect you to get it done. The owner tries his best to keep good culture at the core of the company.

Stuck between trying to be a big corporation and a small town business. They have hired multiple managers that know “big business” but do not know anything about what the company does.
