There’s a strong focus on professional growth, with excellent supervision and resources that help OTs grow and develop their skills. The team is collaborative, and the work culture is welcoming and positive, making it an ideal place for personal and professional development as an OT.

As with any new role, transitioning into a new area of practice can be challenging, especially when balancing client demands with learning new content. However, the team offers great support to help you succeed, and any challenges were well-managed with the right resources in place.

Spot Therapy Hub has been a fantastic place to work. There is a really Positive team culture and supportive senior staff. The neuroaffirming and client centred values are evident from all members on the team.

Similar to all private practice there are KPIs to reach however management are very responsive and offer support as needed.
