I've only been here about six months, but it's been clear from early on that this is a company that genuinely invests in its people. Leadership has been a genuine bright spot. There's a clear path forward for people who want to grow, and managers here invest real time in mentorship and coaching rather than just checking boxes. I've already had opportunities to take on new challenges that stretched my skills in ways I didn't expect this early in my tenure.

The pace of innovation is fast, which is exciting, but it does mean you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly. If you prefer a highly structured, slow-moving environment this might feel like a stretch at first. For me personally it's been energizing, but it's worth setting that expectation.

The team moves quickly. If you're coming from a massive corporation, the speed of decision-making might be a shift, but it’s great for seeing your work come to life.
