No reason to work here at all.

Voiced out to them many times about how client was treating me. Even emailed them about my bad experiences with them. Last incident was where client called me by perverted double meaning name. And they did not handle it well. I ask for transfer many times as i required to work to support my family and myself. But they did not sympathise with me or understand my situation they did not give me a transfer and still let me work at that site where they had many other sites. They said my pay will go lower if I went to other sites. To summarise it, at the end they said they will not terminate me but give me 1 month notice to serve and i would have to hand in my resignation then leave. Very mean. Please do think twice before joining.

I haven’t found many. The clients are better to work for than SPS.

Seemed to be good at first but quickly realizing the leaders of this organization say one thing but do another. Every is on edge working here. People get fired constantly and no one mentions it. They say they’re people first but that’s furthest from the truth. Years of being here and no raise and made to feel like I should be grateful when they don’t have any gratitude for the people working with the actual clients. Give you a paper certificate and pin for years of service. What a joke!
